IoT Day Argentina EXO presented the ESParking and CDM solution.
On Monday, April 9, on the world day of IoT (Internet of Things), the Argentine Chamber of Internet (CABASE) organized for the first time the "IoT Day", a meeting aimed at professionals in the Internet of Things industry with the participation of leading companies in the sector.
EXO, a national company of technological solutions and pioneer in the research and development of IoT in Argentina, was part of the "Connectivity" panel, where it presented the Exolinked IoT platform.
EXO's intelligent systems are a suite of software, hardware and services that provide solutions to different needs required by companies, municipalities and cities.
"At EXO we deliver "end to end" solutions. One of our differentiating factors is the possibility of manufacturing products in our SMT production line, in addition to having our own hardware and software development departments that give rise to multiple vertical solutions.
This implies, for example, that the number of sensors of an implementation can grow without inconvenience, not having to rely on foreign products that are difficult to obtain.
We offer a competitive price and guaranteed quality," says Daniel Gallego, Commercial Manager of Intelligent Systems at EXO.
IoT for public and private parking
One of EXO 's IoT solutions is the "Intelligent Parking", composed of occupancy sensors, management and billing software, applications, parking meters, among others.
"This solution is attractive to both municipalities and governments, as well as to private parking providers. private parking lotsThis solution is attractive to both municipalities and governments, generating transparency in management, profitability, and improved user experience," says Gallego.
Internet of Things also in medicine
On the other hand, health is also reached by the IoT phenomenon. Connected to the Microsoft Azure cloud, the EXO Mobile Diagnostic Center (MDC) is a telehealth station that facilitates remote medical diagnosis. The CDM allows to perform a 12-lead ECG, measure heart and respiratory rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and temperature in a few seconds and without special knowledge to operate it.
The CDM is already operating in the Orcadas, Esperanza and Marambio Bases, in the Argentine Antarctic, in the ARA Almirante Irizar ship and in the University Hospital of Rosario, meeting the requirements of both hospitals and emergency, first aid or rescue units", adds the engineer.
