Interaction roles in the management software
Administrator Role: With full control over the platform, this person can access all views and has the ability to create, edit, enable and disable people and users.
Operator Role: Those who have this role have partial access to the actions and views of the platform, including Dashboard, Stays, Revenues, People and Settings. When logging in, you will be able to identify your role by your avatar and assigned name.
Registration of entries, exits and permanence
In the main view of the "Dashboard", you will be able to visualize the entrances both by barrier in parking lots and by turnstile (optional for pedestrian entrances).
This table is kept up to date with the most recent income record in both cases.
Search and Filter Functions
In the "Stays" view , you can access a table with the daily updated data corresponding to the entries made through parking barriers.
Similarly, in the "Revenues" view, you will find information on revenues recorded by turnstiles (pedestrian accesses).
Searches and filters in "Stays" and "Income":
Historical data search: Through the calendar filter, you can select the specific dates you are interested in and access past records from the beginning of the implementation of the solution.
Search by person's name: Using the search function, you can find information related to specific persons.
Filtering according to your preferences: You will have the option to filter the data according to your needs and selection criteria.
